Mazda Standard or Premium Roadside Assistance policies can be purchased on the entire current Mazda range.
Mazda Premium Roadside Assistance is complimentary on our entire performance vehicle range: Mazda6 MPS, Mazda3 MPS, RX-8 and MX-5 for 3 Years from the time of purchase.

| What type of fuel does Mazda recommend for it's vehicles? |
 |
| Early model vehicles designed for Leaded fuel can use Regular Unleaded or Premium Unleaded fuel, but must also use a lead replacement additive to prevent valve seat wear. These additives are usually available from your fuel supplier. More information on fuels can be found here |

| Can my older Mazda use unleaded fuel? |
 |
The following older Mazda models can use unleaded fuel:
- R100, RX-2, RX-3, RX-4, RX-5
- 929 from 1983 onwards (1982 onwards for the 929 Wagon)
- 626 from 1983 onwards
- 323 and 323 Wagon from 1983 onwards (except SS model)
- RX-7 from 1979 onwards
- B2000 from 1982 onwards
- E1800/E2000 from 1984 onwards

For new vehicles the best point of contact is your dealership Sales Consultant. If further assistance is required, the dealership Customer Relations Manager will be pleased to help.

| When do I receive my Sales Survey from Mazda Australia? |

| A survey asking about your purchase experience is sent to you by Mazda Australia within the first month of new vehicle ownership. Please take the time to fill it in as your feedback is important to Mazda Australia. |

| What if I change my name and address, or sell my vehicle to another person? |

If your ownership details have changed since your new vehicle purchase, or if you have purchased a pre-owned Mazda, there are a number of ways you can update your details:
Web: fill in a formon our website
Post: fill in a form located in your Warranty Information booklet and send it to your authorised Mazda Dealer
Phone: contact Mazda Australia Customer Service on 1800 034 411 to update your details
Mazda will then update your details, and if necessary, contact you with any important information concerning your vehicle. |

| How do I register my details if I purchased a pre-owned vehicle? |

If you have purchased a pre-owned vehicle, please register your details with Mazda Australia. You can do this via:

Post: fill in a form located in your Warranty Information booklet and send it to your authorised Mazda Dealer
Phone: contact Mazda Australia Customer Service on 1800 034 411 to update your details Mazda will then update your details, and if necessary, contact you with any important information concerning your vehicle. |

| My key needs to be reprogrammed – how can I arrange this? |

Contact a Mazda Service Centre. There may be a fee for this service and proof of ownership will be required. For contact details of your nearest Mazda dealer, please click on the 'Find a Dealer' link on the left hand side of the page. |

| I have lost my key, who should I contact? |
 |
Contact your Mazda Service Centre. They can arrange a replacement for you once your ownership details have been verified. Although modern keys contain sophisticated electronic security features, Mazda keeps the replacement cost for these items to a minimum. |

| I can’t find my Warranty Information and Maintenance Record booklet – what do I do? |
 |
Contact your nearest Mazda Dealer who can order a replacement Warranty Information booklet on your behalf. |

| I need a Workshop Manual for my Mazda – where can I get one? |

| How much does a Mazda cost? |

The ‘Mazda Models’ section of the website lists recommended retail prices for each model. Navigate to a particular model page and then click on ‘Prices’ in the menu located in the left hand side of the screen.
