What are the scheduled service intervals for a Mazda?

Your vehicle must be serviced to Mazda specification and standards every 10,000 kilometres or every six months, whichever is sooner.
Please consult your Owner's Manual for detailed information on the servicing requirements for your Mazda. These requirements must be followed to ensure your vehicle continues to operate within specification and to its optimum. Vehicle servicing is an owner responsibility and failure to maintain your Mazda in accordance with these requirements may void your New Vehicle Warranty.

Servicing every six months even though 10,000 kilometres has not been reached ensures that fluids and parts susceptible to deterioration are inspected or replaced to keep your Mazda running as it should. (Please note some earlier model Mazdas had service intervals of every six months or 7,500 kilometres and every three months or 5,000 kilometres.)
