Values – We value integrity, customer focus, creativity and efficient and nimble actions and respect highly motivated people and team spirit. We positively support environmental matters, safety and society. Guided by these values, we provide superior rewards to all people associated with Mazda.
The Mazda Way
In 2004, Mazda also launched a company-wide initiative called the Mazda Way. The purpose of the Mazda Way is to encompass the interests of customers, business partners, local communities and future generations. The Mazda Way summarises the perspectives that are vital for every Mazda employee to bring to work every day.
There are seven Guiding Principles that outline the Mazda Way:
