Private eCall

If an accident deploying the air bags or a rear-end collision is detected, or the SOS button is pressed, the vehicle’s location information and emergency signal are sent to the Private eCall Centre operator.

The Private eCall Centre operator makes a call to the customer through the onboard communication unit, confirms the situation, and then arranges for an emergency vehicles if necessary.

After the Private eCall is made, the Connected Service function is not available for a certain period of time. Only reception from the operator is available.
