Can I book a service?

Mazda Service Centres remain open, whilst adhering to sanitisation and social distancing guidelines.

Customers in Victoria can request a service via our online booking request. Your Mazda Dealer will then contact you to arrange an appropriate time and date for your next service.

Can I book a Recall?

Yes, you can book your Mazda in for a recall through our request to book a service form. To see if your vehicle is affected by a recall, please visit the Mazda Recalls page.

How are you ensuring the safety of customers and staff?

Mazda is committed to ensuring the continued safety of its customers and staff.

Dealerships are open in all areas except Victoria and abide by strict hygiene and social distancing guidelines. These Mazda Dealers will continue to operate in highly sanitised, zero-contact environments.

Do I need to wear gloves or a mask to the dealership?

For customers across Victoria, masks are mandatory. Shields, bandanas and other face coverings are no longer acceptable. Gloves are not currently required and remain optional.

Can I book a test drive?

Mazda Dealerships are now able to arrange test drives while adhering to sanitisation and social distancing guidelines.
