2. Do I need a subscription to use Mazda 6e connected services?

Yes - new Mazda 6e Connected Vehicles receive a 5-year complimentary period for Mazda Connected Services. This period begins upon the vehicle's first registration. The remaining complimentary period balance will automatically transfer to the new owner for customers purchasing a Mazda Dealer demo model or used Mazda Connected Vehicle.

3. Can I use the MyMazda app with a Mazda 6e vehicle?

The MAZDA 6e app is the primary app for Remote Control features for owners of the Mazda 6e and requires a new account to be created for vehicle linking.

MyMazda app supports vehicle ownership to book a service, view service history, and access Roadside Assistance.​

4. Can I schedule charging for my Mazda 6e?

Yes - you can conveniently schedule charging in the MAZDA 6e app. Simply open the Battery section, turn on Scheduled Charging, and set your preferred start and end times so the vehicle charges automatically within that period when plugged in.

5. What information is being collected, and how is it used?

The type of information collected depends on the feature(s) you use - for example, your email is used to create your account, battery and charging data are used for charging monitoring, and location may be used when you use in-car navigation.
